2020 PA GIS Conference Tabletop Exhibit Information


Exhibitors are integral to the on-site culture at the PA GIS Conference. Exhibits are located on the second floor of the conference center, at the top of the stairs and in the refreshment break area. There are a total of 18 spaces available. Don't miss this great opportunity to promote your organization and mingle with current and prospective customers!

Exhibit contract will be available in March 2020.


​Exhibit Information


All tabletop exhibits include:

  • One 5' table with white tablecloth, black skirt and two chairs (exhibit space is approximately 7' wide by 5' deep.)
  • Complimentary electric service run to each exhibit
  • One complimentary full Conference registration (Tuesday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 13)
  • Complimentary 1/4 page advertisement in the Conference program
  • A listing in the Conference program that contains the organization name, organization logo, organization URL and brief organization description
  • One-time recognition on the Conference Twitter account

Exhibits DO NOT include:

  • Pre-Conference Workshop attendance on Monday, May 11

​Exhibit Space Selection

After receipt of both registration AND payment, Conference staff will follow up with the organization's primary contact (as identified on the registration form) regarding space selection. Space selection is on a first-come, first-served basis or until sold out, whichever comes first. No spaces will be assigned until payment has been received. There are a total of 18 spaces available.
