2022 PA GIS Conference Tabletop Exhibit Information
 
Exhibitors are integral to the on-site culture at the PA GIS Conference. Exhibits are located on the second floor of the conference center, in the refreshment break area. There are a total of 14 spaces available. Don't miss this great opportunity to promote your organization and mingle with current and prospective customers!

Fees listed are per exhibit space with benefits listed below. Additional exhibit personnel (max of four personnel per exhibit) may register at a rate of $160 per person.

Exhibit Information

 

All tabletop exhibits include:

  • One 5' table with white tablecloth, black skirt and two chairs (exhibit space is approximately 7' wide by 5' deep.)
  • Complimentary electric service run to each exhibit
  • One complimentary full Conference registration (Tuesday, June 14 - Wednesday, June 15)
  • A listing in the PA GIS Conference mobile app that contains the organization name, organization logo, organization URL and brief organization description
  • One-time recognition on the Conference Twitter account

Exhibits DO NOT include:

  • Pre-Conference Workshop attendance on Monday, June 13
  • Overnight accommodations

Exhibit Table Selection

After registering as an exhibitor, please download and complete the Table Selection Form. Send your completed form to Sam Neely at sneely@pacounties.org. Space will be assigned in the order completed forms from registered exhibitors are received. There are a total of 14 spaces available.
